RecommendedI went to Dick Carrol automotive last week... they could have completely sold me a battery... as in they let me know I needed a new battery...I said ‘okay’ and pulled out my wallet and then Richard says “wait a minute, it’s probably covered under warranty” (they don’t to warranty work there) & asked if I had checked with the dealer. The answer to that was no. This man actually called over to the dealer- gave my VIN- and saved me the $$$ on a new battery! Honest, affordable, and trustworthy auto repair! We started going to him after a neighbor referred us. We had been going to a dealership and felt we were being ripped off and not being told the truth about what work actually needed done . Dick Carroll's shop talked us through the recommend repairs and fixed what was needed in a timely matter at a fair price �
