I was very happy to find a repair shop nearby in Dunedin. They were professional and patient; answered the phone and gave me an idea of how much my repair might cost; reasonable diagnostic fee. Turned out to be a simple repair (coolant reservoir) which they fixed in a timely manner. Honest about issues with my vehicle. I found them to be very trustworthy and did not try to inflate the bill. This shop is top notch. The customer service is amazing. Took my car in for a tire issue and they evaluated my car immediately. The crew explained the situation clearly and advised me of all my options. I was able to address the issue quickly and the final price was exactly what was expected. These gentleman were honest and worked as a team to provide the best service possible and a fantastic outcome in a difficult situation. I would recommend them without reservation.

Rich is the only place I trust with my car. He is honest, reasonably priced, and won’t try to upsell you. He always take the time to explain what will be needing repairs in the future. This is a family owned business that has been around 40 years. There’s a reason why!

I once lived in Miami and drove all the way back here to come to this one mechanic we have used for years because we trusted them. These are our families’s new mechanics ... read more

Let me also add, I am a woman and I do think this plays into why my experience was so harmful. My car overheated and I had it towed to this garage. The staff I always work with says they will have a look and get back to me. They call a few hours later telling me that my engine has knocking and it’s totaled. It will cost $10,000 to repair and my car isn’t even worth that amount and immediately asks m... read more
