I really wanted to support Dick Brooks Honda because my 88-year-old grandmother has been a loyal customer of theirs for over 30 years. That loyalty is the only reason I kept giving them chances, but after today, I am completely done with this place. This was my third awful experience with them. When taking a trade, why request a 10-day payoff quote if it’s going to take a month and a half to pay it off? That 10-day quote is no good. If you do a trade with Dick Brooks Honda, you will find that out. You will have to call them every week to inquire about it, and after they pay, you will have to call them AGAIN and AGAIN because they took so long to pay that more interest accrued and left you with a balance still.
