I had a great experience when I took my car to Dick Brooks Honda for an oil change. The service consultant, Jon, was very professional and knowledgeable. The facility offers a nice waiting area, although I didn't have to wait long.

Just bought another car from here. Anthony is super helpful, understanding, and worked with me to meet the needs I had for a car and financing. The man working in the finance department was also very informative about explaining how APR works. Very happy with my experience here and anyone that drives Honda should buy from Dick Brooks.
I took mothers car in today for service we got there at 12:30 and left st 2:30. Needless after we sat there that long the car was sitting on your lot and no one seemed to check an see if it was ready. Don't know how long it had been out there. Not for happy with your service rep that did not check on it. I hope you don't make your other customers wait that long!
