Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. All did a great job. Justin made the appointment happen quickly. Jon took care of us during the appointment. Just excellent.
I've bought 3 new cars there (Type R, Prologue, Pilot). Tried scheduling a recall fix for my Prologue. First lady was super nice. Then I get transferred to an advisor to check on a loaner car. It's a 5-6 hour process. The kid processed to tell me they don't have any at the moment, cut me off when I was about to say I didn't need it right now, and then tells me that if I want a loaner car I have to call him through the day to make sure they're available. Lol
