DiCarlo's is MY pizza and not Brad Paisley's! l Will even fight him for a slice, man! lol
Lunch salad did not match the price and I had a mosquito in my salad.

We went last night to the one in downtown Wheeling. It was parade night, and the place was clearly super busy. I called ahead and the lady I spoke with was super nice and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, I was able to pay for my order and leave within 10 minutes of arriving. The place was packed with people and the employees remained polite and courteous. They never rushed me and the pizza was just as delicious as always. Thank you for making our first Festival of Lights parade a success!!
The one manager needs to have training on how to be nice to fellow CO workers and customers
I been eatting dicarlos pizza for a long time...and now my husband works for them , he loves his job there and we would like to say Thank you !!! Love that pizza.
I love the pizza but the women manager in the downtown wheeling location was very non-professional in her dealing with the people who work under her. I was shocked at her rude and demeaning attitude.

This poor rating is based on their delivery service of the downtown Wheeling business. We are still waiting for our food that we ordered 1hr and 10minutes ago. The lady that took our order said they could get it there quickly. Made a call at the 45 minute wait and it had not left the building. This happened before when we had a party. Placed the order at 11:00am with a request to have it delivered at 6:00 pm...it too was more than and hour late. Doesn't matter at this point how good the food might be.
