Dr. Dibor has an Excellent dental hygienist! Dr. Dibor is a very competent dentist. The receptionist is a pleasant lady. I enjoy visiting the Dibor Dentist Office.
The receptionist is very rude and needs to retire she makes it very hard to book a appointment and makes you jumps through hoops to get one by providing things no other dentist asks for . this place needs new staff and a new receptionist with a better attitude. Dr dibor doesn't realize that her receptionist runs people a way no one wants to deal with bad attitudes from the staff.
The staff are kind, courteous and really made me feel safe. I have a fear of dentists and had substantial work done there. The Dr is wonderful. Thank you for your wonderful practice.
I've been going here for about 2 years, and my children go here now too. I've had to get routine cleanings as well as more major work done, and I have no complaints. Staff is great, compassionate, and skilled. The reviews calling the receptionist rude have probably never met anyone who is no-nonsense before. She is matter of fact and direct, not rude.
I would not recommend her if you are having dentures made. She made mine two big. I went back about five or six times to have them adjusted then got disgusted. Should have insisted on having them redone. Even my primary doctor told me they were too big. He could tell by the way they pushed my mouth out. Now I need to pay out of my pocket to get them made by a doctor who specializes in making dentures.
