I thought very highly of this community as I have family currently living in and in the past until recently. We started looking for homes to rent at the end of April beginning of May, so we called the office about availability and was told they have one coming in about a week or two and to keep an eye on their sites so we did. 1 week came by and thought it was a little funny, then 2 weeks go by so we called back. they sneaky af tried to say my brand new trailer of 2018 only person to live here a whole year goes by to say my siding my put up wrongly without anyone coming to check it out they redid it without showing any kind of prof and put extra “wires”coming into my house this place is trash don’t move here there very very sneaky

it was good while i was there. but apond moving out. they charge you for stuff that they shouldn't. like carpet and paint. im going to fight it.
Why is the water always being off? This has ben an issue from the first day we moved here & it’s bull 💩😡. Especially for the amount of money we pay for rent and the money we pay for water. I will NEVER recommend these owners (parkland venture) ever. If we had the extra to move I’d leave today!! You people need to reimburse us for the bottle water we have to buy!!!
