Love, love,love this place. I send my family flowers for birthdays and holidays and always come here. They always seem to have something new for me to send. Lots of styles, different fresh flowers, and gifts too. Even have Jelly Bellly's. I ended up calling last minute a few days ago for my mother in laws birthday...oops. They knew I was in a jam but got it to her super fast and she's done nothing but rave about them since. She keeps sending me pictures! Sill fresh even today. Thank you DiBellas!!
I've shopped here many times and I've always received excellent service and beautiful flowers! Sometimes I buy from the flowers they have in the store and they always have a great selection of flowers that last so long. They can make just about anything. I love that it's a family owned business because they always remember me when I come in and everyone is so nice. Definitely the best flower shop in town!
These guys just saved my behind! Had wrong day on my girls birthday flowers and they fixed it last minute and got it out to her. They are awesome in a jam!!!
This place has been there forever so I thought of them when I had to order something recently. Ordered flowers for a funeral service..not the best excuse to order stuff but girl that answered the phone (and other girl I talked to about order later) were very nice and on the ball.They made it easy and at end of call I was confident that everything would be beautiful. Best Florist in Las Vegas – Have been using this florist for the past seevral years. My Mom loves this place and I always send through them for all of our special occasions. I just recently went into their store and was surprised by the huge selection of gifts and flowers that they have available. Great helpful sales people and designers on hand (they custom made me a bouquet while I waited). Highly recommend for any occasion.
Worst Customer service/ Rude staff / terrible flowers – I specifically looked for this flower shop because I know they have been around a long time. I ordered flowers for my Mom online, what I thought I ordered was totally not what was received. I ordered roses and daises and got daises and 2 wilted roses with some other substitute flower. When I called to see what was going on, the owner was completely rude and offered no help but to either charge me $50 additional or to pick up the flowers from my MOM at WORK!!
