Shirley helped me create a non-profit organization. She got us federal and state non-profit status. She also drafted all of our operating documents - bylaws, conflict of interest forms, financial policies. She attended our first meeting to train all of the new officers on their duties and to make sure our first meeting went smoothly. As the founder of a non-profit, I felt guided and supported in this new endeavor.
