Condensate pump broke on my A/C unit and was spilling water. I called up Diaz Services and told them my problem. The person who answered the phone said they would have someone call me in about 1/2 an hour. In 15 minutes I received a call and was told a Technician would be out to check my A/C in an hour. A 1/2 hour passed and the doorbell rang, looking out I saw a Diaz Services van. The Technician came in I showed him the A/C unit, he inspected the problem and proceeded to disconnect the pump.
