Melvin is terrible to work with wouldn’t recommend. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Melvin at Díaz Motorcycles. From the beginning, communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. We agreed on a price for my motorcycle, but when it came time to complete the sale, Melvin tried to change the agreed-upon amount. Instead of honoring what was discussed, he kept changing his story. For some odd reason it’s hard to find a motorcycle shop that was available to swap a tire for me & also get it done same day. A few shops either didn’t have the staff or couldn’t have it done until the next day. I’m glad my girl referred me to this shop because they were fully staffed & got the job done within an hour. The price was reasonable as well as the wait time so I definitely will be coming back for more motorcycle service.

Diaz Motorcycle Service had to disassemble my audio system to complete a repair on my Harley. The Mechanic wired my audio incorrectly and damage my amplifier. When I notified them of the issue they took no accountability and refused to replace the damaged component.
Brought my 2013 Honda CB1100 here for them to fix a previous shop's botched valve clearance adjustment and valve cover oil leak. Great people and great shop! I read several of their reviews and talked to Mr. Diaz before choosing to use this shop to fix my bike but also we must realize that some people or customers can never be happy and don't communicate properly with a shop or have seriously unrealistic expectations.
