Excellent meeting with Dr Diaz
Bad ServiceI am compelled to express my deep disappointment following my recent experience as a first-time customer at your facility. Despite arriving to find only one other customer in the lobby, I was forced to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes with no explanation or communication. Even after alerting the RN on duty to the excessive delay, another fifteen minutes passed without anyone attending to me or providing an update.This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with my last appointment! I arrived for my 8 AM appointment with Dr Diaz and was informed my appointment had been changed to the Physician Assistant Rose at 945 AM. No one had informed me of this change. I had told them I specifically wanted Dr Diaz when I set this appointment. They said if I wanted to see Dr Diaz that they could maybe squeeze me in after the three scheduled appointments (which was originally my scheduled appointment time) which meant waiting an hour or more for a 'maybe'. I was able to get an appointment quickly. His office staff was easy and pleasant to work with. Dr Diaz was very thorough and spent more time with me than most physicians in this area. I highly recommend Dr Diaz
I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for the past 5 years. He has excellent bedside manner, very caring and knowledgeable in his field. I strongly recommend him.
Dr Diaz is the best ! He is unbelievably kind and has a wonderful friendly and essy-to-talk-to bedside manner. He is very understanding you snd truly listens. His office staff is great as well and I have not had to wait any time at all in the office.
Waited over 1 hour for nurse to get vitals.
