Very unreliable! Very late on first visit and didn’ t even show up for the job!!! Yes stood me up without even calling. Saul flip flppped on price and increased estimate after initial price. Very unprofessional and unethical! Stay away!!
I shopped around for hardwood floor refinishing and Diaz offered the most competitive price around. He did an awesome job and kept communication throughout the process. Since I was away from the property during the job, he sent me pictures of the work as it progressed and the floor came out great. He gladly came by to help with minor repairs of scratches and scuffs when I called. I would definitely have him work on my floors again.
