I'm only giving one star for the doctor herself. I really liked her. That's the only reason I stayed at that location. They seem to be super understaffed all the time. It's hard to get an appointment reschedule. If you do it's months out I had called and canceled my appointment due to me being sick. The appointment was out super far to be rescheduled. They're awesome. They got my insurance all set up for me I had a really bad toothache they got me in and took me earlier than expected. They were able to extract the tooth and send me on my way. I recommend them to everybody👍👍👍👍💯😎

I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz for over 20 years, and it’s long overdue that I share my experience. Growing up in a country where dental procedures—even extractions—were done without pain medication, I used to have significant anxiety and pain. Dr. Diaz changed everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and transparent about every procedure. Her staff is equally wonderful; she clearly hires people with 'amazing souls.'
