Just ordered again. Probably the 4th time in 6 years. This is great chile - Picked fresh for shipment. I've been an east coast chile customer for 20 years. Long time New Mexico Chile lover, raised since birth on New Mexico Chile, not a Christmas or dinner where green or Red Chile was not served or in a Salsa. My Dad always said Diaz Farms has the best Chile in New Mexico. My dad would drive every year from San Diego to Deming to pickup his Chile and bust familia in Alamogordo. I now drive every year to pickup my Chile as well. Diaz Farms is numero uno !!!
