Diaz Farms puts out some of the best Chile in New Mexico. Now that I live 2000 miles away in Michigan I still by fresh chile each fall. once roasted and packaged 40 lbs will last 1 years. although i hate paying for shipping it's always been well worth it. Hope to visit farm soon.
My favorite place to buy farm fresh produce. Love Diaz farms . The avocados, watermelons, and fresh seasonings such as garlic and cumin are my favorite items to buy! Highly recommend Diaz Farms if you live or visit Deming. Also, Diaz Farms will roast green Chile for you and it is absolutely wonderful. The flavor can't be beat.
Great place to buy local produce. The Diaz family are a great asset to the community and people of Deming and the surrounding area. We live in Las Cruces, and It is well worth the trip to Deming to buy New Mexico chile from local farmers. Can't wait to pick up a bag of green chile!
