Family owned/ operation. Better than any Hatch products. Great service with a handshake. The owners themselves will help you and make your day better.

I haven't been there since 2005 so now I have to order my chili powder online. Thank goodness for the internet. New Mexico chilis are trademarked for a reason.
I made a quick stop and it turned out it was the quickest ever. Everything was almost all sold out! I stopped on December 22nd with three days til Christmas after coming down from the mountains on my way back to Texas. I still managed to find the red chili I wanted and will try out El Gallo hojas to wrap some tamales this year. Merry Christmas!!
Just got my order last night! Hot and extra hot red chili. The best chili I have ever had. Very fresh. The best in new Mexico. I highly recommend Diaz Farms red chili. I also ordered green hot. Smells awsome! Can hardly wait. My HUGE family has been teased already. But they will have to wait until I make my tamales for Christmas. Thanks very much Jim Peralta Abq NM.
