Just received a shipment of red chile and it's the WORST red chile I have ever seen - it's almost black. Going to return it because I would be ashamed to serve it and say that it's New Mexico red.
I've been getting my chile here for years! I live in Arizona now, and I STILL make the drive to get my chile from the best... Diaz Farms!
Got a sack of fresh XX-Hot straight from the stand as my family drove thru Deming. They are all roasted up now and being used in everything! Already planning a trip for more next year!
