Dr. Diaz talked to me in a very unprofessional way & has terrible beside manners. I was scheduled for a Cytoscopy over the phone without any conversation pertaining what procedure entailed. When I came into get the procedure done Dr. Diaz started the procedure by inserting a tube in my penis without given any numbing creme or something for pain, it was painful, nurse asked me to stop moving, and he pulled the tube out , and stated he couldn't do it without anesthesia, and he went out the door, leaving me on the table. I wouldn't recommend this doctor. I've been having issues for a long time and I went in and the only thing he said was stop caffeine. So I did and it salved nothing. He didn't check anything or look or do absolutely nothing at my visit. I kept messaging through the portal and his nurse told me that I need to go see a different Doctor. All I was doing was telling my symptoms and that was the reply. So now I'm stuck with no answers, still in pain and been searching for another doctor but they can't see me till the end of the y... read more
Would not recommend. He did not even listen to my symptoms nor look at me while pacing back-and-forth in the room jumped right into wanting to schedule a procedure without even knowing what was going on is a huge red flag. Worst bedside manner.
Zero follow up after 3 visits. I had to call and ask after the 2nd and 3rd visit and according to this doctor he only had record of one visit. Said we must have lost info about your other visit. So I called a got my medical records from them and sure enough I received all the records of my visits. On top of this he talked to me in a very unprofessional way when I was there on my second visit asking questions about why he was wanting more visits when things seemed to be in line based on age appropriate levels. The Doc was fine. The staff are terrible. They scheduled me with the wrong doctor (for my procedure), my 1st visit, and didn't call me to tell me they had me rescheduled with Diaz. So, I waited another 2 months to see the right doc (Diaz). Again, he was fine and informative. But, then i was told they would schedule my next procedure and call me. They never called me.
