I don't recommend this Dental Group for 3 reasons: 1- They called my insurance and didn't give accurate information about the type of cleaning I was doing , which caused me to pay more for the service. I had myself to call my insurance and get the right quote. They now have to discount on my next cleaning, which it will never happen because of the 2 reasons below. 2- I had a cleaning scheduled for September 03. They canceled due hurricane Dorian watch, which is understandable. But they never called me to schedule a new app... read more
First negative review that I do ever ! 3 times in the row the cancelled my appointment with no apologies or even calling me ! I missed work and drove all away to the clinic to get to know they didn’t have me on schedule and the hygienist wasn’t even there !!!! I had my confirmation! That’s how the treat a new patient! Real review not a fake one !
Recommendedvery Friendly staff and the office is very clean and well maintain.
Dr. Diaz is awesome, she has cured my dentist phobia. I am very grateful to her and all her kind and competent staff. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Dr. Diaz and her staff are wonderful she is by far the gentlest dentist I have ever seen..Brenda at the front desk is kind, caring and just plain delightful.
