This clinic was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in Portland. Their gender-affirming letter process feels overly cautious and gatekept. Despite three sessions and 20 years on hormone therapy, they still hadn't completed the process — I was told it would take three sessions, and by the third, all I got was "we want you to be happy," with no explanation of what was actually still missing.
