In our experience, we should’ve not rushed into buying this actively sinking home. We should’ve hired our own inspector and realized that a realtor had to make a living too. That’s just what we experienced. Rushed into the worst investment of our lives! Word of caution: know the VA is not looking for safety of the veteran. It is the interest of the loan only. Get your own inspection done and DO NOT USE ANYONE RECOMMENDED. I’d hate to see anyone else experience the hell we have.
