Shady lady and her husband! She is also a CPA. So, she and her husband will tell their CPA clients that they need their realtor’s information in order to get all of their client’s financial info to the realtor (which is a lie), and without their clients consent or knowledge they will send a referral fee to the client’s real estate agent and collect 25% of that real estate agent’s commission.
