I always leave my appointments feeling I'm getting the very best medical care possible. Dr. Williams never rushes the visits. I get to ask all the questions I want and any concerns I have are always addressed and resolved. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient!
Dr Williams is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever gone to. She always goes above and beyond to take excellent care of me, always mindfully listens to my concerns and symptoms, and thoroughly explains my care plan in detail. Bravo, Dr. Williams!

Dr. Williams canceled an hour before procedure. Rescheduled her visit and she did not wait for me to be awake while speaking to me. Needed to follow up virtually and Dr. Williams lied to me 3 times in one visit. I needed follow up regarding my Lynch Syndrome and Autoimmune atrophic gastritis. Despite being diagnosed by previous providers and the reason for my procedure with Dr. Williams told me those diseases do not exist than told me she already tested me and later said that there are no such tests for these conditions. I received excellent service. The Gastroenterologist I had been seeing for 10 years (the one who originally diagnosed my condition) retired and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Williams. When I arrived, I could tell that she had thoroughly read through my patient history and asked me several very specific questions, making comments about historical details in my chart.
