Rob Evans was wonderful to work with. We had specific things we were looking for in our next home and he patiently showed us houses until we found the perfect home. He was an amazing advocate for us as we negotiated the details. After we closed on the property (since we were out of state), Rob continued to help us greatly by arranging for craftsmen to address issues with the home and give us bids on things we wanted to change prior to moving in.
