Rob Evans was wonderful to work with. We had specific things we were looking for in our next home and he patiently showed us houses until we found the perfect home. He was an amazing advocate for us as we negotiated the details. Rob does thorough research and is on top of the market. He stays in contact and handles all problems that can turn up in buying and selling. He has the solutions handled before you even know about a problem. He offers great advice for the logistics of moving and gets asking price for your house. We closed in less than 30 days. We have used him twice and highly recommend him. Diane is a very good assistant and handles the details well! Don’t use anyone else if you want it done right!
