Ive been going here for 8 years and finally caught on to their game. They play nice but really money hungry. I realized every time i went for my exam and new frames I’m paying an extra $120-$220. This past exam I told the young lady I just needed the basic nothing extra please don’t upsell anything. We go through this long list of things and i said I don’t need any of these things. She gets up and goes to the owner in the back where she tells her to upsell she comes back i said no again she gets back up and goes to the owner... read more
Awesome experience! I was able to make a same day appointment and provide all check-in requirements virtually. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout every step of the process. I have found my primary Optometrist!
