I aent to Monarch Eye Care with extreme eye pain and was diagnosed by Dr. Monarch with a corneal abrasion. Received great care from Dr. Monarch and staff! I would definitely return and would also highly recommend this practice to others.
I totally get that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability here is hard to get over. Between working and nursing school, my schedule is very limited, which is why I booked back-to-back afternoon appointments for my son and myself—an unnecessary exam for me since I have great vision and don't wear glasses, but it was covered by insurance.
