Justine and Kenton were fantastic. When we moved out of state and decided to rent our house, they were extremely quick in getting it ready and found us tenants in a snap. We rented it for over 2 years and never had to worry. We knew they had a good handle on things. They were extremely communicative and had everything handled for our tenants as soon as things came up. Highly recommend working with them.
I didn't have the pleasure of renting from these property managers but I got to meet Justine during my apartment search - I went with a different apartment but she was wonderful with prompt and friendly communication, and squeezed me into her busy schedule same-day for another viewing because I was trying to decide on a place that day. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional impression, so I'd like to hire their team one day if I have a property or if I'm looking to rent again! :)
Justine and her team have been phenomenal to work with!! I was moving out of state and wasn't sure what to do. Very professional and diligent services are provided to include providing bids for repairs needed and finally retaining a qualified tenant. Justine has provided property management for me for a number of years and I am always delighted with her!
