I've rented my entire adult life in a few different states, and these folks are the best property managers I've experienced. They're fast, reliable, and kind.
Justine and Kenton were fantastic. When we moved out of state and decided to rent our house, they were extremely quick in getting it ready and found us tenants in a snap. We rented it for over 2 years and never had to worry. We knew they had a good handle on things. They were extremely communicative and had everything handled for our tenants as soon as things came up. Highly recommend working with them.
I didn't have the pleasure of renting from these property managers but I got to meet Justine during my apartment search - I went with a different apartment but she was wonderful with prompt and friendly communication, and squeezed me into her busy schedule same-day for another viewing because I was trying to decide on a place that day. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional impression, so I'd like to hire their team one day if I have a property or if I'm looking to rent again! :)
Justine and her team have been phenomenal to work with!! I was moving out of state and wasn't sure what to do.
