I have been going to get my hair done for the last several years from Diana and I love the customer service and all the compliments I get from others about my hair. I recommend my friends, clients, and strangers who compliment my hair to her all the time. Her studio is beautiful and it's more relaxing to me than other places. It is not noisy or full of chemical smells that bother me like other places I have been to. I love her and her studio!
I have been a client for almost 10 years now. Diana is profesional, talented, skilled stylist who is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her for both, hair cut and hair coloring.
I have thick, naturally curly hair and have been to many hair stylists - it’s so hard to be loyal to a stylist that doesn’t listen or understand my hair type. I’m so lucky I found Rachel - I was walking by and thought I’d give this studio a chance. Rachel “listens” and gets it! I’m so happy with both my cut and color! Which is rare - it’s either one or the other. I’m A loyal customer finally! Thanks to Rachel!!

The worst customer service ever. I did schedule an appointment for a hair cut. When I went there, Diana wasn't even there. Her daughter cut my hair. That girl has no clue how to cut hair. She needs to learn bob haircut. Because she has no clue what bob cut looks like, now I wave to go to a different hair salon and spend more money so her uneven and ugly hair cut will be fixed. What an awful and unprofessional experience when my family went back to request a refund. My daughter left with wet hair and chunks of dye still left in her hair, diana is not very customer service friendly thats for sure.
Don't go there!!!!! My daughter left there with soaking wet hair, Chunks of dye or something still in her hair. She went straight to a wedding after and then washed her hair again when she got home. A big chunk of her hair came out with whatever product was still stuck in there. Her roots aren't even colored. Went back to speak with the owner (same lady that did her hair). Obsessing over my hair! I went in and got the works! All over color with a set of highlights, rachel did such a good job! I was really scared to cut my hair but she eased me into it slowly and she did such an amazing job!! I'll start coming here for now on! My cousin came with me as well and absolutely is in love with the hair cut and blow out rachel gave her! Two very satisfied customers! Definitely will be coming back again soon! �
