Wait 4 weeks for approval. Get to appointment 20 minutes early, wait 45 minutes to get called up to receptionist only to find out the lady that has access/password to approvals is not there today!!! Waste of a day for me. Thanks!!!!! Wish this valley had another dermatologist that takes my insurance.
