I first came to this office in January. I was told I would have many appts and test to figure out what was going on with me. I have gone to all of those appt and have gone thru many test at this point. Each and every appt became more frustrating as each and everytime it was like no one knew why I was there or what had previously been discussed or done. I originally posted, stating that I was upset at not being able to get ahold of anyone at the office. I just received a call from Carla, who explained that due to the office move, there was also a change to a new system, which caused mass issues with being able to contact the office. After hearing this explanation and with the service provided by Carla, I retracted my original review and updated the stars from 3 to 5.
Dr. Tran-Kim is an amazing Dr and very knowledgeable in women's health. Dr. took her time answered all of my question and I had a lot of questions lol. The staff is helpful as well. Totally recommend this office!
Dr. Bloom is a beautiful and friendly doctor. Her staff are capable and very courteous. I had the best experience there yesterday. She is very professional, proficient and reassuring. Loved the experience, and I will be seeing her again soon for her aesthetic procedures she offers at her office. All a woman needs is confidence, and other women to raise her: Dr. Bloom did this for me. Blessings and best wishes to her success!
very rude reception staff You pay money, but in return you get nothing. They only deceive people. Very bad experience working with them.
