The Equal Parenting Bill is for the parents and NOT in the best interests of the child. Dianna is all ABOUT what is best for the kids!! She did GREAT to get me custody.

This is one woman who has a true passion for victims, and doesn't allow dirty politics to interfere like so many attorneys. It's sicking to see the extreme Father's Rights groups going after her and posting bad reviews simply because she's against a bill that will place many children with violent abusers. Good for her!
Contrary to what Ms. Julie Smith ignorantly states, all father's are not abusers. However, thanks to people like Diana Friedman, all Father's in Texas are being stripped of their rights to be equally involved in their child's life. How is this in the best interest of children? It's not. Texas Family Courts are out for the vest interest of mothers, NOT children. Any person who would lobby against such a bill has no business being in Family Law.
