I choose 1 star because that is the lowest choice possible. In my opinion she doesn't deserve even 1 star. I was her patient for over a year, I kept thinking to myself the experience has to get better.. Instead it got worse every time. She does not listen at all she smiles and shakes her head saying yes. She makes you wait for over an hour every time then you get in the office with her and she has no time for you and rushes you out the door. Terrible experience. First, the office staff is completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and immature. My first visit as a new patient was terrible. They're closed from noon-1pm but don't tell you, and will schedule appointments during this time. Everyone that works there seem bored with their lives and are actually rude. I started having a very bad reaction (non-emergency) to medication she prescribed and called to get help and was told a nurse would call me back. I'm still waiting on that call over a week later.

Moved from out of state and needed to get my scripts reset. Talked to her about my past scripts and the ones I felt I needed and didn’t. Seeing odd reviews on here.... I don’t think a lot of people realize she is not a Psychologist. She’s a medicine doctor who listens but needs to understand exactly the what and why of your dilemmas. Then she helps maintenance on meds as you go.

If a couple of medications do not work; she will start treating you like you are drug seeking (with zero history and medications that aren't even abused) rather than what you are there for, just trying to get back to a place of functioning again. Or tell you those are just normal emotions; when they are absolutely not. Having been on 1 medication that worked for 10 years that fizzled, to then experience this awful so-called medical professional when desperately trying to get back to a healthy place was a huge burden absolute... read more

Dr.M is way over priced and doesn’t work with you. She fired me as a pt and i had to cold turkey quit my meds I was on for 4 years straight. She ruined my prescription and now I can’t find another dr. Go else where please

SHE JUST SMILES AND SAYS OK- she doesn’t work with you and I spend maybe 3 min with her and I pay her High dr visit. ($150) she doesn’t even want to preauthorize my medicine so my insurance can at least pay for my meds!!! I have been on for three years. Now I have to cold turkey STOP. She doesn’t care about her patients and I feel like she is a waste of time.

Great doctor. She's very easy to talk to and her staff is amazing. I highly recommed her.
