Ms.Rebecca and staff is great manager. I truly appreciate her professionalism. Casey is such a bright light in the office. She makes sure she takes good care of us as well. Always smiling! She truly cares about this community. I hate the owner(s) have cut back on cleaning staff; now only twice a week. Considering our regular activities we need "daily cleaning". I have lived in rentals most off my adult life and have never had such a strange renewal experience. For one, I had to ask multiple times where my renewal documentation was and point blank was my lease renewing or not. I should’ve received a renewal notice at least 90 days before so I could’ve planned to move. The increase is the highest I’ve ever had as a tenant. I saw falsified paperwork in my file and was told not to worry about it I also was forced to sign a document allowing you to access my bank even though I provided ... read more
It’s beautiful and employs are very friendly.
The managment and the residents of Arbor Park are wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. I love it here. It's totally assesible. The locacton is convienetn to so many places in Austin as well as being incredibly close to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Phlugerville. I highly recoomend looking at this 55 plus community as your next appartment home.
