I love my new home here in Texas. The staff here are so nice and helpful and I love my location close enough to my family.
I have many maintenance issues. Some things like, crack in ceiling in bathtub that had mold, not fixed in 2yrs+, mold and paint pealing from wall in hallway after air conditioner leaked, been 4yrs, no water pressure in kitchen, been 3 months. Our grounds keepers Don't do as efficient a job anymore. Trash on property never picked up anymore. Office personnel off a lot. Have had rental times with no one to accept ours and give receipts for rent. Etc., etc.....
