Dr. Mendez is an excellent professional. She takes time to understand my concerns and listens to me . She doesn't rush me through my appointment. What I like about Dr Mendez, if she doesn't have the answer, she will immediately refer me to a specialist, or request lab or other tests. And she RESPONDS to my email concerns. Dr Mendez welcomes me with a cheery smile each time I see her. She is an asset to Kaiser.
