She was by far the most unprofessional and intimidating doctor I’ve ever seen. When I raised health concerns, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and made me feel so uncomfortable that I wanted to stop talking. Instead of showing empathy, she snapped back that if every patient wanted to see her, she would “burn out.” I felt completely dismissed and even bullied. As my primary doctor, she should have been the one I could turn to, but I ended up switching providers.
This gal dropped the ball NUMEROUS TIMES. As a medical health professional, it’s laughable. My woman went there because she kept fainting out of no where. “They said let’s wait and see.” 3 falls later and a cracked chin. No answers. Go somewhere else. This place is just a business.
Hard to get follow up with. You literally have to remind her of every regular blood draw that is needed. Does not answer all of the questions. Feels she doesn't follow up with her patients at all.
I have been a patient with Dr. Kao for 7 years, she is very experienced primary care provider, nice, right to the point, trustworthy, also she speaks perfect mandarin, the best doctor for me!
