I WAS having a great experience with this firm. They were helping my wife and I get into our first home and at first they handled my questions as I sought to understand how home insurance works. Im so glad I switched to Country Financial Insurance. It saved me a couple hundred dollars a year and now I have better coverage for a lower price! My agents, Diana and Faith Hoverson are very helpful and knowledgable about discounts and explaining the policies clearly and answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you both so very much!
Some friends of mine who have paid premiums for over a decade now of course have a home issue being denied. No visit to the house to see the problem. The answer was basically that “no insurance covers water in the basement.” Make sure you know what’s covered before you pay, although having things “in writing” doesn’t prevent the interpretation from being twisted.
