She is direct and goes for the heart of the problem. She knows how to put my scattered thoughts and telling exactly what I feel into words AND she knows how to string it all together to make a head on diagnosis, that is correct and she hits the problem with relentless efforts until the problem subsides.
Dr. Chen is not only skilled at diagnosing illnesses and conditions, but she is also patient, kind, and a great listener. I never feel rushed when I'm seeing her. She responds to messages in a timely manner, and she keeps up with necessary blood work, other testing, and procedures, such as mammograms, etc. She is the best doctor I've ever had!

Dr Chen has been my PCP since 2013 and I thank God for her every time I think of her. Her compassion, patience, knowledge and expertise have been great blessings to me. She is the first doctor I’ve had who really understands me and takes the time to provide the care I need. I appreciate her more than words can say!

Dr Chen is a patience doctor. She is concerned about your well being and not about the clock and insurance influence. I am glad to have her as my doctor being she wants Quality living to be within my grasp. My health is improving and she is the cause of that happening. I have had a few doctors and so far she is the one in the past 26 years that has done the best and made my life better. She is just an awesome doctor and human being.

My visits with Dr. Chen are caring and through. She pays attention and listens to my concerns and makes her diagnosis based on my family history and blood work.
I have been patient of Dr. Chen’s for close to fifteen years. She is an excellent doctor. Her diagnostic skills and treatment strategies are D’Arc superior to any doctor I have ever seen. I am 76 years old. I have physical challenges, fibromyalgia, depression, and diabetes…all of which are well managed under Dr. Chen’s care.
It was great. Best doctor that I have ever had!
