Not sure if/how an office could be run more efficiently. Nicely done! Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant from check-in to final payment. I really felt listened to and cared for. Dr. Cheung was wonderful, informative, competent, confident, and simply fun. She helped me see (lol) things more clearly. I was provided options at the end of my exam, with opportunities to purchase frames, etc; but of importance to me, was not pushed to purchase anything - feeling more a patient as opposed to an open wallet. 5 star rating. I have Always received excellent and professional services. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and go the extra mile and then some to make sure patients are cared for. It’s such a reassuring pleasure to go for my appointments. The optometrists are extremely knowledgeable and will advocate along with the staff for you to get excellent care and services as needed. The equipment is state of art and eye ware is whatever you want. Guess you can tell Im veey satisfied to the utmost.
10/10, I will definitely be going Grand Lake Optometry for vision care from now on! Dr. Cheung listened to the issues I had had with past optometry appointments and was great at finding innovative ways to make sure my prescription was a good fit for me specifically. She also explained everything clearly and I felt I could make informed choices during the appointment. Particularly if you are neurodivergent or have sensory issues like me, I found Dr. Cheung to be awesome at understanding and working with my needs in that area!
I really enjoyed my first visit. I didn’t wait long, and both the doctor and the tech were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot in the time spent with Dr. Hansen- she took the time to explain the concepts with me and it was much appreciated!
