Staff was polite and in a good mood. They were nice and polite to each other. Great experience, prompt, not pushy with sales. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with Grand Lake Optometry. They are very easy to work with. I had an issue with my eye and had to get in ASAP, and I was in the next day, saw an amazing doctor, and feel better. This experience is consistent. I highly recommend them.
I've had 2 visits over the past 18 months and it's a very smooth and professional operation. I have some minor eye complications, and I alternately wear progressive eyeglasses and contact lenses; Grand Lake is great to work with from exam all the way through to final fittings. Excellent crew - highly recommend.
