I bought a gold ring, and stones kept falling off. First time we got it resized and they offered to fix the stones for free since the ring hadn’t been use by then. Second time same two stones fell off and they called me to let me know it would be $30 to fix them, I agreed and then when I picked up the ring they charge my card for $40!! Not good quality for the price.
