this is byfar the most unprofessional jewler i have ever dealt with. They had 2 girls that knew nothing about gold but i still purchased an item....also had them do work on a necklace and they absolutely demolished the 2 links where it was so called repaired ......ridiclious i wont even go back because they will make it worse funny i see another gentelan had the SAME exact issue go figure stay away from these hacks
