This business puts other jewelry stores to absolute shame. I mean that very literally, other jewelry stores especially the big ones should be ashamed at the way they do business. Diamonds on Demers really cares about making their clients absolutely happy especially on their life milestones, I will never buy jewelry from anyone ever again except them. I highly recommend Diamonds on Demers. The owner, Scott, is extremely knowledgeable about his craft, yet very down-to-earth. He was up front about pricing, pros and cons of different diamonds, and made me feel at ease while picking out an engagement ring. My ring had to be resized and adjusted, and the customer service was impeccable with open communication the whole time. If you are looking to ring shop, but are hesitant because you are uncomfortable or nervous, go to Diamonds on Demers!! They make it easy and fun

Brought in a broken chain and expected a few days before it was fixed...instead they cleaned it, made the repair as soon as I brought it in....despite them closing in a few minutes... also gave me a polishing rag....won't go anywhere else for jewelry now....very prompt, friendly and professional service!!!!
