RecommendedWent in yesterday to get a battery for my friends G-Shock watch. I asked the 2 ladies and man(I don't remember names) working if they knew how to set the time because we both tried and royally messed it up. Between the 3 of them they got the watch reset!! Also never made me feeling like a burden even though I was in a hurry to get to the vet too. I will only go to Diamonds and more. I had already been telling everyone to go to Diamonds and more but I will definitely be continuing doing that. Thank you again!!

I have been to Diamonds and More a couple of times for jewelry repair. I was treated like I was buying a very expensive diamond. Their customer service is the best! They replaced a diamond in a ring. When I picked up my ring it looked better than when it was new.
I would highly recommend DIamonds & More! Lindsay's service was second to none. I did not make a big purchase but I felt like I was the more important customer she had.

Stopped in the have a ring repaired. It needed sized and I had several stones missing. The prongs holding in the stones were worn and needed repaired. I dropped it off that morning and they called me that afternoon and had it completed. I got there right as they were closing and they opened up the store so I could pick up my ring. Excellent customer service and my ring looks brand new!
We were in the store today getting the wife a new ring after 25 years of marriage. The service was excellent and the environment was very low key. Tom answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Darcy and the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful. All in all a great experience.
