I went in knowing what I wanted in an engagement ring. Oscar and staff made sure that's what I got. No one tried to dissuade or upsell me. Things came in on time and on budget!
Wonderful place, excellent customer service! I bought my partner’s engagement ring here and other items, Oscar and Bert are always very courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Jeanette even brought an item to me at curbside when Christkindl market traffic kept me from finding a parking spot. Highly recommended!
