Went to buy a new ring for my husband. The lady working would not listen to what I was looking for, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her what I was looking for. I couldn't get a word in. I wanted to support a local business, but I will be going elsewhere. It's a shame because when I talked to the folks at the home and garden expo they were so nice!
Fantastic customer service!! I had lost one of my diamond earrings and I asked Gail to find a match. Even though I don't live in the area of her store, she made the whole process super easy. Gail was able to find a perfect match for me and now they are a beautiful set again. Gail also provided me with an appraisal for the pair ~ Thank you Diamonds Evermore!!
