I went to the Tysons location with my parents bands and engagement ring, with no idea on what to do with them. Lora and Franco designed two beautiful pieces together and I’m so excited to wear them. Franco really made us feel comfortable and found meaningful and beautiful ways to honor my parents. We’ll be shopping with Franco in team at Diamonds Direct for a long time to come.
This is my go-to place for all things jewelry, they take such good care of you! I love that I feel I can trust them with my things. Lora and Stephanie helped me today, they are awesome!
I began looking at wedding bands for my husband and me and first visited the Rockville location. While I appreciated the variety of items they had, I honestly wasn’t pleased with the service.
