Good customer service, we were attended by Manuela, it was fun.
The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted and welcomed. However, it went downhill from there. We asked about checking out engagement rings. The associate lady looked so uninterested to ask what we like or what exactly were we looking for. We initiated and requested to try a couple of rings that seemed pretty to us. She showed us one ring and upon asking details of the stone and overall ring, it felt like we were forcing her to answer.
