The entire team went above and beyond to get me the ring we liked. Nelson was the man who made it all happen. I wanted the ring to get ready within 2 weeks. Usually they said it takes around 5 weeks for the customizations I had wanted. However, I was absolutely surprised when exactly on the day I wanted it, I got a message from Nelson that the ring was ready to be picked up. It worked put perfectly! Huge 'Thank you" to the team for ensuring that everything was smooth and the ring looks absolutely stunning on my wife.

10/10 experience. There is not a better place to buy an engagement ring. From the moment I scheduled the meeting, everyone was extremely friendly and prompt with scheduling a time to get me in. I cannot recommend Melanie enough. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and truly helped me find the ring of my girlfriend’s dream.
