Melanie and Nelson were wonderful! Very patient and sincere. My fiancé and I had a great experience picking out my engagement ring an our wedding bands. They have a huge selection of rings to choose from and walked us through them all until we found the perfect pair. Highly recommend. The Jeweler Mickey did a great job resizing our rings. He was even able to resize my husband’s the same day I brought it in so I could surprise him!
Melanie’s knowledge in the jewelers world is second to none! She is incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond for her clients! I’d give her 10 ’s if I could!
I can’t speak highly enough about Diamonds Direct Pittsburgh. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring nine years ago from a DD affiliate store in Indianapolis, and a diamond fell just out of the setting. When I called DD Pittsburgh, Steve immediately informed me that all of their settings have a lifetime warranty, even if purchased from another location. Visited Diamonds Direct for the first time this past weekend. Brady greeted me immediately with the most warm inviting welcome! Mikayla, Ross and Steve provided the upmost level of customer service. They were above and beyond. The jewelry at this location was gorgeous. They have so many options available for same day purchase and can customize anything. The store is immaculate, it's located right on McKnight Rd and there's plenty of free parking. Highly recommended... the customer service is sensational!
