Not only did Diamonds Direct have the biggest selection out of 5-6 different stores we looked at, but they also had the best service! We worked with Shelby & she was extremely accommodating & patient (because there was one of us *aka me* that had no clue what they wanted). 10/10 person to work with?

Amazing experience from start to finish. They were able to find a very rare flawless-clarity diamond that perfectly matched what I was looking for, and my fiancée absolutely loved the engagement ring!
