I made a diamond ring purchase here and everyone was very friendly and accommodating, especially since I like to try on many rings and think for a while before buying! I love my white gold diamond “bubble” ring! And, I had my original yellow gold wedding band dipped in white gold so it matches my other rings, at no cost!! The selection is amazing, so do stop by to find your perfect piece of jewelry for any occasion.
I CANNOT say enough good things about all of the employees at Diamonds Direct! 15 days before my wedding my center stone popped out (traumatizing) and everyone there was SO accommodating and let me bring my ring in the next day. I got it back same day! Not to mention my fiancé and I got our wedding bands as well and Jodie was JUST amazing. She was so talented at knowing what rings to pull based on the feedback I was giving! Everyone there made me feel important and like I was their top priority!
