The sales experience was great! However things changed when my my tennis bracelet broke apart, I have it had for several months and only worn a hand full of times, and it has broken in two pieces. It appears one of the links came "undone". I went to the store I was told their jeweler could solder it together but I am really concerned wit the craftsmanship and quality that a barely used bracelet is coming apart.
