I had the best experience at Diamond Direct. I would highly recommend seeing Danel. She very knowledgeable about the type of diamonds you’re purchasing. She’s very personable and treats person her clients with kindness. By the time I walked out of the jewelry I felt satisfied on the product.
Awesome selection of jewelry! I went in to get my engagement ring upgraded and Trevin went above and beyond to help me out. He took his time with me and answered any questions. Didn’t feel rushed at all, which I appreciated!
I love this store! Lara was amazing and helped my husband pick the perfect band to compliment my ring for our 10 year anniversary. Customer service is excellent- by far better than any of the other stores we visited. Lifetime sizing, warranty, and everything included here for free, which saves a lot of money!
