I dropped my ring off for work to be done May 2018 before I got deployed. Many, many, many, many, many calls/ emails/ physically going in to get a design we loved. Not a fault of Diamonds Direct, my heart just didn't love the designs presented. The problem is the last 3 YEARS I've stated I just want my ring back and front desk lady has given excuses of not receiving emails. I took my wife's grandmothers ring here to get fixed and they did a phenomenal job reviving it. They were Quick, Great Priced and Great service! Thank you Again! - Johnny

I went here to resize my ring and they nailed on the first try!! I am a 5 1/8 ring size (so small!) Anyways I did research for months trying to find where to take it and I couldn’t be happier I took it here! It was also on 30 bucks and was ready in 3 days! 10/10 would recommend!!! Also they said they will clean for free!!!
